Data retention policy
Teamdoor will retain Custom Data in accordance with the Customer's instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement, and as required by applicable law. The Customer may also configure its retention settings in the Teamdoor platform. Once the Customer deletes Custom Data from the Teamdoor platform, Teamdoor will delete the Custom Data from its servers within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention of the data is required by applicable law.
Data archiving and removal policy
Teamdoor will remove Custom Data in accordance with the Customer's instructions, including any applicable deletion requests. If a Customer requests to have their Custom Data deleted, Teamdoor will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove the applicable Custom Data from its systems within a reasonable time period. However, Teamdoor may retain certain information, including but not limited to data necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Additionally, Teamdoor may retain and use de-identified or aggregated data that does not identify any individuals for any lawful business purpose after the deletion of the Customer's account or Custom Data.
Data storage policy
eamdoor will store Custom Data in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Teamdoor will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including but not limited to measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the Custom Data. Teamdoor will store Custom Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, Teamdoor will take reasonable steps to ensure the confidentiality and security of the Custom Data during the retention period.

When someone requests for Teamdoor to delete personal data, we first verify their identity and confirm that the request is valid. Once we've confirmed the request, we delete the requested data as promptly as possible. However, please note that we may need to retain certain data in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
